Do I need to register an account?
No, you can use our guest checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
If you wish to receive your order using next day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the UK but our oils come from Switzerland. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Do your perfumes last long?
Yes - as our perfumes are Extrait De Parfum - they last 24 hours or longer as they are more potent. Each spray has a higher concentration of oil compared to Eau De Parfum or below.
